Pamela Hart manages Hunton & Williams's technology training and staff professional development programs across global locations. With over 15 years of experience educating lawyers and legal staff on the effective use of technology, she has initiated several successful programs such as IT coaching, skills assessment and online learning, resulting in dramatically improved legal team collaboration and client service. Pamela was the recipient of ILTA's Technology Support Professional of the Year award in 2014.
