Information Governance Interview Series: Episode 1- A Bridge to Engagement
In today’s world, technology and innovation are being used to increase value to law firms. This podcast shows an example of how one Information Governance team that has an environment where curiosity is nurtured and empowerment to find solutions led to high collaboration across departments and end users. With the team’s solid partnerships across departments, practice groups and administration departments, the IG team participates in exciting projects—such as dashboards, platform migrations and data validation—that, with each success, builds trust among the end users. In turn, this confidence in the IG team’s abilities lead to seeking guidance to govern data. Because of the symbiotic relation with the end users, this IG team’s engagement became the key to achieve collaborative compliance.
