This podcast will focus on the aspects of forensic preservation of electronic data from current and emerging data sources. Considerations and recommendations are offered to assist in handling these data sources in the most defensible and efficient manner. Although the US is frequently a source of inspiration for best practices for eDiscovery, there are still many considerations or practices which are specific to certain countries.
ILTA has reached out to members based outside the US to hear their take on eDiscovery in their jurisdiction, how its evolving, and where the future might take them!
In our third and final episode: Tiana Van Dyck, Director, Client Solutions with Epiq Global, provides insight on eDiscovery practices in Canada having worked for a law firm, and now a vendor. Tiana shares her insights into how eDiscovery differs across Canada and how it compares with the US.
